OUR SERVICES

DEVELOPMENT

  • Develop a pattern to your desired specs to be used for samples and as a base for grading.

  • From paper to reality - Samples are made from the pattern we develop, giving you the first look at your idea coming to life.

  • Once samples are approved, we develop each size according to the approved pattern and your grading specs.

  • We can develop and knit custom fabrics through our domestic and/or overseas mills. We can also source fabric from our local suppliers.

  • Labels, hang tags, and stickers can be developed according to your specs. We offer a variety of fabrics/materials and weights to elevate your garments.

PRODUCTION

  • Patterns are arranged to create markers before cutting. These markers are created to give you the highest utilization as possible — saving you money, fabric, and waste.

  • Garments are cut and sewn in our Los Angeles factory. We offer overlock, cover, single, neck tape, and bartack stitching.

  • We’ve partnered with the best dye houses in Los Angeles to offer a variety of dye finishes and unique washes.

  • We offer screen printing, embroidery, and DTG.

  • All garments are trimmed, pressed, and QC’d after production to ensure they are up to standard.

When I entered the industry in 2012, I quickly learned that the barriers to entry and steep learning curve kept entrepreneurs from reaching a certain point in their journey. GOODS LA MFG. is centered around the idea that apparel production should be inclusive, affordable, and fun.
